Terms of Consultation
Terms governing Techorbitpoint consultations on German sick leave obligations and employer communication.
Acceptance and scope
By using this site or confirming an appointment, you accept these terms. Techorbitpoint provides general, educational employment guidance and communication support. We do not provide medical advice, emergency assistance, or representation before courts, employers, insurers, or authorities.
Engagement and fees
An engagement begins only when scope, fee, and appointment are confirmed in writing. Website descriptions are invitations to inquire, not binding offers. Clients must provide accurate context and remain responsible for deadlines and decisions.
Intellectual property
Site text, consultation materials, and original templates belong to Techorbitpoint. A client may use a personal written recap for their own matter but may not publish, resell, or present it as general professional advice.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care but cannot guarantee an employer, insurer, or authority will accept a position. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable loss caused by breach of the confirmed engagement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
Governing law
German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues remain unaffected. If no mandatory venue applies, Munich is the agreed venue for disputes with business clients.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The version supplied with a confirmed engagement controls that engagement. Questions may be sent to info@techorbitpoint.digital.
