Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation window

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund of any fee already paid. Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Fees are normally non-refundable for cancellation under 24 hours or a no-show because the reserved time cannot usually be reassigned.

Rescheduling

One reschedule requested at least 24 hours ahead is free. Later requests are treated as cancellations unless illness, emergency, or another exceptional circumstance makes that unreasonable. We consider such cases individually and may waive the fee.

Work already started

Where document review or message annotation starts before cancellation, the reasonable value of completed work is deducted. Any separately approved, non-recoverable expense is also deducted; we do not ordinarily purchase materials for consultations and never do so without written approval.

Provider cancellation

If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement, the full fee is refunded. If a technical interruption prevents a substantial part of a video consultation, you may choose a replacement session or a proportionate refund.

Requesting a refund

Email info@techorbitpoint.digital with the appointment date and payer name within 14 days of the relevant cancellation or service issue. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 business days. Bank processing may add time.

Consumer rights

Any mandatory German consumer cancellation rights remain unaffected. If you expressly request performance during a statutory withdrawal period, the amount due may reflect work performed before withdrawal.
