How Techorbitpoint handles inquiry and consultation data for German sick leave communication guidance.

Controller and purpose

Techorbitpoint, Level 9, 26 Karlstraße, Munich 80333, is the controller for data submitted through this site. Contact: info@techorbitpoint.digital. We use inquiry details to answer requests, arrange consultations, perform contracts, keep required accounting records, and protect legal claims.

Data minimisation

The contact form asks for contact details, a selected service, an optional date, and brief context. Please do not submit diagnoses or complete health records. If sensitive data is genuinely necessary later, we explain the channel and legal basis before requesting it.

We process pre-contract and contract information under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, legal records under Article 6(1)(c), and limited site-security data under legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f). Unconverted inquiries are normally deleted after six months. Engagement and invoice records are retained for applicable German limitation and tax periods.

Recipients and transfers

Necessary hosting, email, and professional service providers may process data under contract. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary measures.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to legitimate-interest processing. You may withdraw consent prospectively and complain to a competent German data protection authority. Contact us first at info@techorbitpoint.digital so we can identify the relevant record.

Security and cookies

We use proportionate access controls and data minimisation, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Browser storage and cookie choices are described in our cookie notice.
