Why Techorbitpoint exists
The practice began after repeated conversations with internationally mobile employees who understood that German rules mattered but could not tell which action came first. A sick day can quickly involve a manager, HR, a medical practice, a health insurer, payroll, and a works council. Our role is to put those contacts into a comprehensible order.
Your consultant
Anna Keller leads consultations from Munich. Her background combines German HR operations, absence-case coordination, and continuing education in employment relations. She explains procedures in English and is careful about the line between practical guidance and legal representation.
How we work
We read before we advise, ask for the smallest useful set of documents, and label assumptions clearly. Clients leave with dated actions and usable wording rather than a lecture on abstract rules. When a question belongs with a lawyer, doctor, insurer, tax adviser, or authority, we say so directly.
